Players
Ensembles
Three groups, so there's a place to play at whatever level you're at — and somewhere to grow into next.
Yuma Civic Orchestra
Our chamber orchestra for the advanced musician, playing university-level repertoire.
Civic Light Orchestra
Expands the intermediate player's technique and knowledge of music in a supportive setting.
String Ambassadors
For the highly motivated 7th–12th grade student who doesn't mind a busy performing schedule.
Who can join?
Students from our own classes, school orchestra players, adult community players, and returning musicians. If you can read music and play your instrument, there is almost certainly a seat for you.
What's the commitment?
Rehearsals are weekly, and each ensemble performs in the concerts listed on the season page. You're welcome to join mid-season if a part is open.
Call (928) 487-1344 and we'll find you a chair.
